Entry Deadline Extended for the 2020 Canada Cup

The Canada Cup International Wheelchair Rugby Tournament returns to the Richmond Olympic Oval from June 19-21, 2020.

Due to the timing of the IWRF 2020 Paralympic Qualification Tournament, the Organizing Committee has extended the registration deadline to ensure fairness for al teams considering entering the 2020 Canada Cup.

The new first entry deadline is Friday, March 13 and the final deadline is Friday, April 3.

Please note, the first entry and initial deposit deadline is March 13, 2020. We will accept the top 8 teams on the IWRF World Ranking list who register and pay their deposit by the first entry deadline. For example, if teams ranked #1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 13, and 15 send in their first entry form and deposit by February 29th, we will accept teams #1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 10. Teams 13 and 15 would be placed on a waiting list pending confirmation of full payment and registration by the accepted teams on April 3.

Given the extended deadline, it will be critically important that all teams respect the deadlines and submit complete registration information, including transportation and accommodation information by the stated deadlines.
